Putting 4/4 (four quarter = 1 inch) sheathing and slate on the roof:
Tarp on the back of the house, temporarily, until all the slate can be installed. The slaters are great: John, Jonas, and Jonas - they know their stuff and are very accomodating working with a nutter like myself (who salvages slate from existing structures and brings it up one pallet at a time!)
